I specialize in training athletes and performers to develop the mental skills necessary for peak performance. My work includes implementing goal-setting programs, helping individuals reshape their thinking, and creating customized routines for mindfulness, imagery, and competition planning

Workshops
I support sports teams by enhancing performance, cohesion, and overall mental resilience through applied sport psychology. As a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC), I work with teams to develop mental skills such as focus, confidence, communication, and resilience under pressure. I also facilitate team-building, leadership development, and strategies for navigating setbacks and adversity. My approach helps athletes and coaches foster a strong team culture, improve group dynamics, and optimize performance both individually and collectively.
These can be in person or virtual sessions, depending on location. Team embedding is possible as well.

I offer embedded sport psychology support by working directly with teams to provide a comprehensive approach to mental performance and team cohesion. As a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC), I integrate into the team environment to offer both 1:1 sessions and team workshops, addressing individual mental skills and group dynamics. Through personalized sessions, I help athletes build confidence, focus, and resilience, while team workshops strengthen communication, cohesion, and leadership. I also collaborate with coaches to enhance team culture, provide strategies for athlete development, and support performance under pressure. My goal is to create a sustainable, mentally strong team environment that fosters both individual and collective success.
