affirming, collaborative, authentic therapy

Hi! I’m Ariana (she/her), a queer, trauma, anxiety, and sport performance therapist.

I provide virtual talk therapy, as well as brainspotting. Walk & Talk therapy coming soon to Maine clients! I can provide mental health therapy to clients based in Massachusetts and Maine and sport psychology services nationally. I specialize working with queer and trans folks, as well as performers and athletes. I help people navigate identity, life transitions, complex trauma, performance anxiety, and much more!

My specialties include LGBTQIA+ identities, people pleasing tendencies, attachment, family of origin issues, and mental skills. I’m so glad you’re here!

Clinical Mental Health

Your true capabilities as an athlete are only as strong as your emotional wellbeing. Sport psychology adds a focus on mental skills to give you a mental edge in your performance. Whether it’s an injury, a transition out of your sport, or balancing commitments and obligations alongside your athletic career, mental skills can help. I can help you with:

  • Overcoming performance anxiety

  • Finding balance with work, life, and performance

  • Navigating team dynamics

  • Returning to sport post-injury

My treatment of clinical mental health concerns involves sitting with clients as they explore their past experiences, feelings, and current challenges. If you struggle with anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, family dynamics, identity development, or everyday stressors, I can help you move forward and meet your full potential.

  • Identify and balance stressors

  • Manage anxiety

  • Navigate identity and life transitions

  • Explore your past to understand current patterns

  • Improve your relationships and life balance
